The home was perfect for my growing Family. Having six bedrooms and 6 bathrooms worked perfect. Two refrigerators also was a plus! A huge kitchen and large family room were used everyday. The screened in porch is a nice plus but wasn’t used much due to the perfect hot weather. This home also provided plenty of nice beach chairs and one big nice beach umbrella. Like any home including our own homes little maintenance touches are needed but I’m confident this home owner will make them all. Overall, my family enjoyed this home and will consider it again in the future.

Rental week July 13-20, 2024 This was our 10th year renting this townhome. Satisfied with all amenities and proximity to the beach. Swimming pool is a plus. Neighbors friendly. Had minor maintenance issue promptly handled. Have been pleased working with Wilgus. Looking forward to returning next year.

Lovely home and our family is comfortable there. Some of the sinks probably could use some flushing as they were sluggish. Also, the freezer is difficult to use. Otherwise, the home is great. Looking forward to next year!

Unit was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Wilgus was awesome do deal with. Rented through a large rental organization in Bethany last year and had problems with cleanliness and broken things in the unit. With Wilgus, everything was ready on time, looked even better than the pictures, and was an awesome stay.

100 Campbell Place is a great place to stay. Have been with Wilgus for years and will continue summer rental through the Wilgus team.

We had an awesome week visiting Bethany Beach. This house had all of the amenities of home. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, which was very close to the house, and extremely clean and relaxing. The outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. We brought our 2 small dogs and the community is dog friendly with a lot of places to walk them. The beds were all comfortable. Would definitely like to return. Thank you for a great week!

We stayed at 610 Kent Court off Halfmoon for a summer week rental. Wilgus was always helpful and clear, and since we did not bring any pets, they took off the standard charge for pet cleaning and insurance, with no questions asked. Called them on Monday about a little knob on the door to the washer dryer, no big thing, and they sent someone out the next day, even tho we said they did not need to. The house was very nice, newly redone inside. great, firm beds, large open kitchen with lots of pans etc, great wifi and air conditioning, Had 4 beach chairs and one umbrella, no bicycles. Did not have any games or anything else in the cabinets for that matter. We did not use the pool, fitness center or courts available across the street as part of Bethany West. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Wilgus staff was courteous, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. Slight snafu with linen package was immediately rectified and delivered timely! Check in and out process was easy! Highly recommend Wilgus over Crowley, another rental company in the area, who was not customer friendly or accommodating during Covid and seemed more interested in taking our money. Vowed to never use Crowley again and will always choose Wilgus!

Recently rented in Bethany Beach for a week. We have used Wilgus before, but I have never reviewed. Everything was just as promised. The house was clean and well stocked with the necessities. The check in and out process were fast and streamlined and the realtors very nice and friendly. We received our refund deposit check earlier than promised. Our a/c was broken the first day and someone came and repaired it quickly and was extremely nice. The only downside is the very late check in (3 pm). It is very hard when it is your only Saturday to spend that waiting for a check in. I would suggest offering earlier check in as an option for an extra fee!

We loved working with Kylie. She spent a lot of time working with us to find the perfect home. She was incredibly patient as we looked at many neighborhoods, was always available (even at the last minute), and went out of her way to make the whole process seamless. She had great insight on the market trends, was invaluable at helping us negotiate a fair price and supported us through the entire process.

We stayed at 410 Dover, Sea Colony. Wilgus Associates staff were so accommodating, responding immediately to an after-hours call (the water was turned off) and helping us to easily resolve it among other things. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you!!!

We’ve been renting vacation rentals for years in Bethany Beach. This our first experience with Wilgus and we will now always rent through Wilgus! The professionalism from the contract process to answering questions could not have been better. Their management of the rentals is the best we’ve ever experienced. From the care package at check in to the cleanliness of the property were phenomenal. We will also book through Wilgus!

The home we rent always exceeds our expectations in cleanliness and accommodations. We love the little extras like a starter set of paper and soap products. Thanks for another great year.

This was our first time renting through Wilgus Associates in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and generally clean, although there were the remains of someone's Covid test wrapper on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The check-in and check-out procedure was fairly seamless. While we were checking in, we were told there was a plumbing issue (toilet leak) but a plumber was on the way. He did arrive shortly after we began moving in and took care of the issue promptly. A few negatives - I called on our 2nd day there to report the ice maker in the freezer wasn't working. No one ever did come to repair it. There were some ice cube trays in a storage closet (although difficult to get ice out of them) so thankfully we were able to have ice during one of the hottest heat waves of the year. There is a DVD player in the unit, but it is not hooked up. Also, there is a standard coffeemaker in addition to a Keurig, but it is old and misaligned. We were aware we had to bring our own linens/towels, soap, and paper products which we brought. There were no garbage bags, which was not stated and we were not expecting, so after filling the garbage once we had to find alternatives. Overall, we had a good experience (most of these inconveniences were minor) although I might consider a different property in the future.

Our rental at Sea Colony was great. Check in and check out were easy. The agents were very helpful when our 4 year old grandson locked the bathroom door with no one in it! We booked the same unit from Wilgus for next year!

Great house...great location. Just across the street from the beach, short walk to everything. The house is in top condition and extremely well stocked. Ample parking in the front, back and under the house. Clean gas grill underneath in the car port, so not affected by weather. Hose and outdoor shower underneath also. Plenty of space inside, master bath and 1/2 bath on the first floor and full bath upstairs worked well. Great screened in porch and back deck. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
