We have rented from Wilgus for years. They are easy to deal with and always available with any question or concern. They are conveniently located even with a drive up window. The home we rent always exceeds our expectations in cleanliness and accommodations. We love the little extras like a starter set of paper and soap products. Thanks for another great year.

Once again Wilgus did everything perfect from check-in to check-out. My family has rented the same house for years on South Carolina in Fenwick, which always prove to be the perfect place to stay. The home was perfect for my growing Family. Having six bedrooms and 6 bathrooms worked perfect. Two refrigerators also was a plus! A huge kitchen and large family room were used everyday. The screened in porch is a nice plus but wasn’t used much due to the perfect hot weather. This home also provided plenty of nice beach chairs and one big nice beach umbrella. Like any home including our own homes little maintenance touches are needed but I’m confident this home owner will make them all. Overall, my family enjoyed this home and will consider it again in the future.

We have rented the property at 105 Central Blvd. for years. Always a pleasure for my husband, myself, our two daughters, our son-in-law and two grandchildren. Lots of space and the Grays have thought of everything to make our stay so enjoyable! Also a pleasure dealing with Wilgus. Friendly staff and always available to help with any questions. After spending most of our vacations in Florida we decided that we would try the beaches of Delaware. We could not have picked a more perfect place to rent! The rental was right on the bay with beautiful views and a very short walk to the beach. Wilgus made it very easy to pick up the keys on our arrival (only a 2 minute stop at their office) and the same goes for dropping them off. The unit was clean and neat with all the amenities. The purchased linen service was well worth it. We will definitely rent from them again!

Recently rented in Bethany Beach for a week. We have used Wilgus before, but I have never reviewed. Everything was just as promised. The house was clean and well stocked with the necessities. The check in and out process were fast and streamlined and the realtors very nice and friendly. We received our refund deposit check earlier than promised. Our a/c was broken the first day and someone came and repaired it quickly and was extremely nice. The only downside is the very late check in (3 pm). It is very hard when it is your only Saturday to spend that waiting for a check in. I would suggest offering earlier check in as an option for an extra fee!

We had a wonderful stay in a fabulous house. As always, Wilgus makes everything very simple and easy to understand.

2023 See below place was even cleaner than last yr... some work done around the complex.. very nice.. except maybe the ease of getting our keys this yr and the timely call from the agency,. you're the best! see you again next yr. ! 2022 So we use them every year , Sandy and the team are quick to respond and always a pleasure to deal with as I always forget to fill something out... This year I would like to give a shout out to the cleaning staff!!!! The place we stay was the cleanest its been and it felt really good not to have to "deal" with a dirty condo... Thanks for making this beach trip one of the best

Wow! I'm very pleased that my family has worked with Wilgus for the past several summers for rentals in Fenwick Island. They have provided us with several options as our family has grown and each rental was perfect for us. They ask for the specifics we are looking for and each time have come thru. The staff is so friendly and helpful - it has been a great experience and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

Great house for our group. It was laid out well, equipped well, and spacious. We had Great Grandma, Grandma, PopPop, an aunt and uncle, mom, dad, and an 11 month old. The neighborhood was lovely. We loved the screened porch and used it often. If I was going to retire in Bethany, I might pick that neighborhood! There were a few cleaning issues. The cleaners left cleaning spray and rags on the entry table, and the screened porch table and chairs didn't appear to be wiped down. Not a single square of TP in the house. We brought our own, but it did seem odd.

5-stars for Wilgus - we have rented from them for the past 32 years and greatly appreciate everything they have done for us. The house is starting to show a bit of its age - areas of water leaking in when it rains, some mattresses are showing their age. In spite of that, the house has so much space for our family, and we have been very happy there - taking advantage of all the living space, the large kitchen, and the screened in porch. The house was cleaned beautifully which was so appreciated!

Working with Crystal was great and I really appriciate the communication with her and eargerness to help... assisting in all areas. We loved working with Kylie. She spent a lot of time working with us to find the perfect home. She was incredibly patient as we looked at many neighborhoods, was always available (even at the last minute), and went out of her way to make the whole process seamless. She had great insight on the market trends, was invaluable at helping us negotiate a fair price and supported us through the entire process.

I love Theresa Hayes. She is an outstanding person and does her best to service your insurance needs. I am impressed with her. Unfortunately, my home didn't close, but, not because of her or Wilgus. I would use her again. She did a ton of extra work for me and I appreciate her happy joyous attitude. We stayed at 610 Kent Court off Halfmoon for a summer week rental. Wilgus was always helpful and clear, and since we did not bring any pets, they took off the standard charge for pet cleaning and insurance, with no questions asked. Called them on Monday about a little knob on the door to the washer dryer, no big thing, and they sent someone out the next day, even tho we said they did not need to. The house was very nice, newly redone inside. great, firm beds, large open kitchen with lots of pans etc, great wifi and air conditioning, Had 4 beach chairs and one umbrella, no bicycles. Did not have any games or anything else in the cabinets for that matter. We did not use the pool, fitness center or courts available across the street as part of Bethany West. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Shannon Keller was outstanding and quick! She did an excellent job pulling together a competitively priced policy for our new home within 24 hours. The customer service and experience were top rate. This process could not have gone smoother and I could not recommend Shannon and the Wilgus team more enthusiastically.

Rental process was Incredibly easy. Rental property was much better than expected and prices are incredibly reasonable especially compared to what I was paying for a similar property in Avalon, NJ. Highly recommend!!!

From the beginning of our search for a summer rental @ Bethany Beach the Wilgus Associates could not have been any more helpful and accommodating. Their suggestions for beach attendance as newbies was so helpful. Thxs for all your help and readiness for our summer vacay! Even when the ants came marching in! 😊😉

This was our first time renting through Wilgus Associates in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and generally clean, although there were the remains of someone's Covid test wrapper on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The check-in and check-out procedure was fairly seamless. While we were checking in, we were told there was a plumbing issue (toilet leak) but a plumber was on the way. He did arrive shortly after we began moving in and took care of the issue promptly. A few negatives - I called on our 2nd day there to report the ice maker in the freezer wasn't working. No one ever did come to repair it. There were some ice cube trays in a storage closet (although difficult to get ice out of them) so thankfully we were able to have ice during one of the hottest heat waves of the year. There is a DVD player in the unit, but it is not hooked up. Also, there is a standard coffeemaker in addition to a Keurig, but it is old and misaligned. We were aware we had to bring our own linens/towels, soap, and paper products which we brought. There were no garbage bags, which was not stated and we were not expecting, so after filling the garbage once we had to find alternatives. Overall, we had a good experience (most of these inconveniences were minor) although I might consider a different property in the future.
